About MineSAFE

The MineSAFE Conference focuses on improving health, safety and the environmental impact in the mining and metallurgy industry and highlights the actions to be taken.

Jointly organised by the SAIMM, AMMSA, SACMA and MMMA, it acts as a platform for learning and allows people from across the industry to share ideas on achieving Zero Harm in the South African mining industry.

The Conference brings together management, the Department of Mineral Resources, Chamber of Mines, Employee Representative Organisations and health and safety practitioners all all levels from the industry to share best practice and successful strategies for Zero Harm and a value-based approach to health and safety.
